Why
UX became the perfect space where my two worlds meet: the discipline and empathy of healthcare, and the curiosity and creativity of design. My approach blends structured, research-driven processes with a deep fascination for human behavior, allowing me to craft solutions that are both functional and meaningful.
Healthcare & Empathy: My clinical background taught me the discipline of vital procedures and the importance of tailoring care to complex, individual needs.
Design & Strategy: I use the creative tools of design to build without limits, while following the intentional, structured paths that user experience requires.
Human Connection: With a decade in customer service, I’ve mastered the art of adapting to new challenges with a smile and a "people-first" mindset.
